Pinch point: it is defined as the difference between the temperature of the evaporator outlet value and the temperature of the gases that circulate in that area.
Approach point: it is defined as the difference between the saturation temperature in the boiler and the water temperature at the outlet of the economizer.

The IF-RG generator is a fire-tube steam generator designed for the recovery of heat from process combustion gases, with a single linear smoke pass.
The generator constitutes a compact unit, incorporating all the necessary elements for its automatic operation.
The construction of the IF-RG generator is completely welded. Their wall ensures their duration against corrosion and water attack.
In order to check the interior of the boiler, there are: in the upper part, a man’s entrance door and in the lower generatrix mud extraction doors.
A steam separator of dimensions such that it allows the output of a high title saturated steam is mounted at the steam outlet of the generator.
The boiler is heat-insulated with 80 mm mineral wool and external protection in aluminum sheet.
The IF-RG steam generator is built in accordance with the UNE-EN-12953 Standard, its construction and design being reviewed by a Notified Control Body having the “CE” marking, in accordance with Directive 2014/68/ EU.
