CHARACTERISTICS

Instman Field IFDG Model – Thermal Degasser

 

The degassing system that we make in our facilities allows us to eliminate those gases that by their nature are not condensable and at the same time are very corrosive and that are present in the feed water of the steam generators, such as oxygen or carbon dioxide.

The equipment is mainly made up of two notable parts: the upper container, where the process of eliminating gases dissolved in the liquid takes place; the lower container, the space where the degassed water accumulates after having elapsed and descended through the previous container.

The IF-AV model steam accumulator is used to immediately satisfy short periods of high steam demand without compromising the efficiency of the installation.

It is a system that allows the efficiency of the boiler to be maintained without it being compromised in the face of the different steam demands that may be requested by the production plant.

It acts as a pressurized steam storage tank, capable of releasing the steam when the demand is greater than the capacity of the boiler and accumulating the steam from it when the demand is lower.

CHARACTERISTICS

EThe IF-AS superheated water generator is of monobloc construction, horizontal, with three smoke passages, an interior hearth passage and two smoke tube passages, designed for liquid and gaseous fuels.

The generator is made up of a cylindrical enclosing body with flat tubular plates with gusseted reinforcements with the enclosing; Inside it has a smooth hearth tube, one end of which is attached to the front plate of the casing and the other to the front plate of the hearth chamber.

Said chamber is made up of a horizontal cylindrical body, a frontal tubular plate, and a rear tubular plate joined to the rear plate of the casing by means of virotillos.

The IF-AS superheated water generator is classified as a humid chamber, as the hearth and the firebox at the end of the hearth are completely surrounded by water, therefore it does not have refractory material.

Between the front plate of the enclosure and that of the hearth chamber, there is a tubular bundle made up of tubes with bores and sealing welds (the welding is only on the front plate of the hearth) and suitably distributed they have several thicker tubes that carry out the braces mission.

Between the casing plates, there is a second tubular bundle made up of dowel tubes and tie rods.

CHARACTERISTICS

The IFAC hot water generator is of monobloc, horizontal construction, with an interior hearth and two passages of smoke tubes, designed for liquid and gaseous fuels.

This hot water boiler is considered low pressure (LPB) since the maximum outlet temperature is less than 120ºC and its maximum allowed pressure is less than 10 bar (UNE-EN-ISO 12953-1).

The generator is formed by an enveloping cylindrical body with flat tubular plates with gusseted reinforcements; inside it has a cylindrical hearth tube, one end of which is attached to the front plate of the enclosure and the other to the rear plate of the enclosure.

Adjacent to both ends is the envelope, which is attached to two flat plates whose space forms the rear (contains the hearth chamber) and front smokeboxes.

Between the front plate of the enclosure and that of the hearth chamber, there is a first tubular bundle and between the plates of the enclosure there is a second tubular bundle. Conveniently distributed, each beam is made up of several tubes that carry out the mission of braces.

The functionality of the smoke boxes consists of communicating the two tubular bundles (front) and communicating the second bundle with the smoke outlet towards the chimney (rear).

CHARACTERISTICS

The CVCTS steam generator is built in accordance with the UNE EN12952 Standard, its construction and design being received and reviewed by a Notified Control Body with the “CE” marking, in accordance with Directive 97/23/C.

 

The CVCTS steam generator is of the water tube type with vertical water tubes, provided with a large radiation-cooled combustion chamber and a symmetrical structure.

 

The number of tubes and their section are widely dimensioned so as not to offer more than a small pressure loss and, due to the speed of circulation of the water-steam emulsion, the most optimal heat exchange and rapid release of the steam produced.

 

All the tubes of the bundles can expand without difficulty on their point of union to the collectors and drums to which they are fixed by welding.

 

The boiler itself comprises a large-diameter upper water drum, to which the steam formed by the vaporizing bundles and the tubes on the walls that form the combustion chamber arrive.

 

A special steam separator system allows the production of very dry or saturated steam.

This drum is directly connected to the lower drum, by tubes welded to the bundles, which form the side walls by welded collectors. A settling drum placed in the lower part, like the upper one, has a manhole wide enough to penetrate inside. All the sludge deposited in the lower part of the drum and collectors are evacuated by an extraction valve.

 

The combustion chamber is formed by the side, front, rear and roof walls, which are cooled by water tubes.

 

The route of each one of the tubes is established in such a way that a rapid detachment is obtained at the highest point and an emptying at the lowest point.

 

All tubes subjected to heat are cold bent.

The walls of the combustion chamber and the front and rear are made up of contiguous tubes, without any type of fin/handrail between them, having maximum heat transmission in each of them, consequently cooling the walls, thus extending their useful life.

The tubes of the walls are joined to the collectors by duly approved stuffing and welding.

The heating surface of the generator comprises the combustion chamber as radiation surface and the tubular package between drums as convection surface.

 

The design of the hearth allows for complete combustion to be carried out in it, so that the temperature of the resulting gases at the entrance of the tube bundle is suitable so that their heat capacity can be used in a highly efficient way.

 

The special circuit that the fumes carry out in the convection section located between the two main collectors makes the generator’s performance very high, thus achieving highly efficient homogeneous vaporization.

These purge cooling and expansion tanks are atmospheric tanks collection of purges from the boiler.

The module or expansion tank that we manufacture is used to safely reduce the pressure and temperature of the bottom purges in order to cool them before they are evacuated to the general drainage network.
