Lípidos Santiga decide incorporar una caldera Instman Field para su planta de Huelva.
Instman field como fabricante de calderas, se ha adaptado a las necesidades de Lípidos Santiga, ubicada en la nueva planta situada en Huelva.
Creada la caldera para fabricación y tratamiento de aceites y grasas para la elaborar biocombustibles.
La instalación se ha ubicado en las instalaciones portuarias de la Autoridad Portuaria de Huelva en el municipio de Palos de la Frontera.
Al ser referentes en el diseño y fabricación de generadores de vapor, agua caliente, agua sobrecalentada y fluido térmico, hemos aportado nuestra experiencia odentro del sector de fabricantes de primer nivel.

Aporta un vapor de gran alto título gracias a su cámara de vapor y flecha diseñadas para optimizar esta característica de suma importancia a la hora de valorar la elección de una o otra caldera de vapor.
Este generador de vapor destaca por ser muy eficiente gracias a su optima superficie de calefacción.
Dispone de una arquitectura de hogar centrado, simetría en cuestión de intercambio de calor / dilataciones, tubos mandrilados e incorporando un sistema economizador.
También dispone de un pequeño precalentador del aire de combustión usando el agua del desgasificador como aporte de energía.
